Well, the title says a lot.

I don’t like the Arimidex I’m on.

My body hurts most of the time.  🙁

I sent a message to the Dr. and he had a few other suggestions besides what I was already doing.  The main one he suggested was exercise – quite a bit more than I was planning on.  He said that studies have shown it helps.

So…the gym is now on my calendar.  If you need me between 8:45 am – 10 am on weekdays (except on Thursday) you can find me at the gym (or in the car heading there).  I really hope it helps.

Tom suggested taking two Ibuprofen and 2 Tylenol at the same time and that has helped as well.  I took it to help me get through a meeting today and also right before the girls got home so I could get the through the night easier.  I also have the option of Tramadol, but I don’t like the side effects from it.  I think I’d rather be in pain.

It’s not the worst pain I’ve been in.  But I would rather live without it.  We’ll discuss it more with the Dr. on the 20th at the appointment.  But for now, I’ll try more exercise.  I bought some new pants to wear to the gym, so maybe that will help motivate me to go…
