Today has been a really hard day. My legs are heavy and throbbing and I have been too weak to get out of bed. Thankfully, the Dr. up at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance agreed to meet with us over Zoom so we didn’t have to cancel the appointment. I couldn’t have made it up there today.
After talking with him, he agrees that I should stay on my current chemo since it appears to be working. He gave us a few recommendations we can try after this one stops working. He also told us about two level 1 trials that I would probably qualify for. But those would be for the future. For now, we’ll stick with what we are doing.
I’m too tired to write anything else today. But wanted to get a quick post out about today’s appointment.
Sending you lots of love!
Shanna
Glad you were able to keep the appointment. I continue to pray for you.

Praying that you stay strong. You are amazing. Trusting in the Lord with all your heart ❤️
Thank you for this update. I’m certain it’s quite a sacrifice to type and send. You’ve been on my mind and in my prayers wondering how the lung drainage was going. I’m glad there are more options for future and that the current chemo is working. My prayers are for today that you will have relief from your leg pain. May God brighten your day with good things!
Lord, Jesus, please be Jen’s strength today. God you know the needs. We love you, sweet one! Bonnie
So glad for this virtual meeting and these other options as needed. Continuing to lift you to the Father dear friend. Bobbie
